All domestic orders (to destinations within the US) ship free via USPS First Class mail.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification.
- All orders placed after 1PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 2 business days.
- Orders placed on Friday after 1PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Please allow additional time for custom orders and made to order items as these may take up to 4 weeks to ship (please see custom order requests below).
- Monogram pieces take 3 business days to ship.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number upon your order shipping. We strongly recommend you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of safe email users so all communications regarding your order are received (rather than going into your junk mail).
Please ensure the shipping address you enter is correct, complete and valid. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping charge will be assessed to mail the package back out to the correct address. Please note, we no longer ship to freight forwarding companies due to the high instance of fraud.
We offer shipping worldwide with both standard and expedited delivery options. If you have a special request or time limitation, please utilize the expedited options detailed when you check out.
- Expedited orders placed before 1PM EST on a business day will be shipped out according to the rate at which you have chosen to have your purchase expedited.
- Please note, we cannot accommodate requests to ship via an alternative carrier.
- Domestic shipping options (within the US) orders includes insurance
- Standard International does not offer insurance or tracking and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or damaged. For insurance on International packages, you much choose the Priority or Express option.
- If your package is lost or stolen in transit, you must notify us within 45 days of shipment to qualify for a new shipment to be mailed to you.
- Signature confirmation is automatically applied to all packages with a value exceeding $250. Please ensure there will be someone to receive your delivery the date which it is due to arrive.
Customs / Duties (outside US only)
All customs fees and duties (where applicable) are the responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local post office to determine any fees you may be assessed upon package delivery.
